Redshift Sports LLC Product Warranty

Redshift Sports LLC warrants that all of our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser only, and is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser(s). At their discretion, Redshift Sports will repair or replace the defective product with the same model (or an equivalent model if an identical model is unavailable). This warranty does not cover components that are damaged due to improper installation, improper adjustment, poor maintenance, crashes, abuse, modification, misuse, or other conditions deemed abnormal or excessive by Redshift Sports LLC. 

All warranty returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and dated proof-of-purchase from an authorized seller. Note that auction-based websites are not authorized sellers of new Redshift products. You can obtain an RA# by submitting a warranty claim below or by emailing support@redshiftsports.com.

Returns and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any Redshift product, we want to make it right! Redshift Sports products that are purchased via our website (www.redshiftsports.com) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.  We cannot refund shipping charges that were paid, but in most cases we'll cover the return shipping within the continental USA. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund to your credit or debit card. Before you send any return item, please email support@redshiftsports.com or fill out the form with the following information: 

- Full Name 
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Reason For Return 

Once we receive your information, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label. Please print and include the authorization number with your return shipment - this will help us keep track of the item and speed up processing of your return or warranty claim. 

If you are outside of the US and would like to return your order, please contact us at support@redshiftsports.com. Unfortunately, we can not cover return shipping, but we can process a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of delivery once it is received at our office. Please use a shipping method which includes tracking and insurance - we can not be responsible for lost packages. We will provide you with a return shipping address upon receiving your return request.


Products Purchased at Bike Shops or Online Retailers

If you purchase our products from a local bike shop or online retailer (such as Amazon or Clever Training), please contact them directly to arrange a return of the items.
